About the event

🏋️‍♀️ Join me for “Body Lab”, a 45-min session showing love to the legs, abs and butt! 🔥 🗣️ Tell the front desk that you're here for The Phoenix meetup and looking for Angel (that's me!)! Look for me in my Phoenix shirt. I usually set up at the front of class by the instructor. Say hi if I don't see you first! 🚨 Help us keep this class free. Our partners donate these spots based on our attendance data. You must RSVP in the app to ensure we can keep this time slot on our calendar—and please be beyond on time and be early!

What to bring

🏋‍♂️ John Reed is graciously hosting us and provides bikes and small towels, but know that you'll have to bring a water bottle because you're guaranteed to sweat! 😅 ⏰ Be early; you need time to grab equiptment and meet our group!💫

Special instructions

Please be on time for our check-in, to sign the waiver, and to meet y(our) community! 🤗 Note: Without a JR membership, y(our) access to the gym is limited to the class and locker room. 🚗 Parking next door is less than $5 with validation.
