About the event

At our Wednesday climbing meet ups, all levels of climbing experience are welcome. Our group is aimed at building sober community and developing resiliency skills through climbing. We'll meet at the front entrance near the small gear shop. Please reach out to us if you need any help with costs or gear! -- UpRoutes is a trauma-informed adventure therapy program led by mental health professionals. Our mission is to build self-esteem and community through the shared experience of facilitated adventures, such as rock climbing, hiking, and skiing. Rock climbing is our passion, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

What to bring

Climbing shoes, harness, chalk bag. Please reach out to us if you need any gear rentals!

Special instructions

We'll meet near the front entrance at 6:00pm and do some intros until 6:15pm after which we'll climb!
