Wyandotte, MI
About the event
A peer-led recovery support meeting that uses Buddhist-inspired practices and principles to support recovery from addiction and harmful behaviors. Together, we explore mindfulness, meditation, compassion, and personal responsibility as tools for creating meaningful change. Meetings offer space for meditation, reflection, and honest sharing about the realities of recovery. You do not need to be Buddhist or have any experience with meditation to attend. Come as you are, participate at your own comfort level, and explore a recovery path rooted in awareness, compassion, and connection.
