About the event

Join Coach Phoenix for Functional Movement, a class focused on building strength and improving mobility for everyday life. You’ll work on hip and shoulder mobility, core and hip flexor strength, and the muscles along the back of your body. The class will also include movements using medicine balls and kettlebells. Mobility training can help you move with more control and make everyday activities like bending, reaching, and carrying feel easier. It can also support balance and help you feel more confident during other workouts.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle.

Special instructions

All abilities are welcome. Like all Phoenix events, this class is free and open to anyone with at least 48 hours of sobriety.
