About the event
Join us for a special morning at the Boulder Reservoir! When you pull up to the entrance gate, let staff know that you are here with The Phoenix to have your vehicle entrance fee waived. We’ll start on land with a brief introduction to paddleboarding, including some light instruction on how to use the equipment. Then we’ll head out onto the water for some self-guided paddleboarding. **If you plan to bring your own SUP, a current City of Boulder Reservoir Watercraft Permit is required.
What to bring
Paddleboard rentals will be provided for free via Rocky Mountain Paddleboards. You may want to bring water, sunscreen, any any other sun protection you like.
Special instructions
Please try to carpool with others attending if possible! We will meet at the orange Marina/Boat House. Enter through the front gate and proceed straight past the main parking lot and swim beach, look for signs to the Marina/Boat House.
