Hike
Sat, Sep 12 • 4:00 - 6:00PM
Nashville, TN
About the event
A wide, mostly flat greenway follows the Cumberland River floodplain through Shelby Bottoms, linking open meadow, riverside forest, and long paved stretches used by walkers, runners, and cyclists. The trail stays close to the water in several sections, with wooden boardwalks and river overlooks that open onto calm bends of the Cumberland. It's a great trail to explore, with scenery that shifts between open fields, shaded tree tunnels, and quiet river views. Meet at 11 am at the Nature Center. Hike will start promptly at 11:15. Hike for about 45 minutes and then turn around to head back. 1900 Davidson Street 37206
